Plot areas on graphs shortened when opening and saving with cells 4.4.0.0

I am using cells to insert numbers into some sheets in an XLS template file and then save the file out and send it to customers. My problem is that after Cells saves the file, my many graphs’ plot areas are all shortened inexplicably.

Thoughts?
