Position of a text frame in document Header

Hi,

attached you see the example files:

1.)

“npp.doc.” It is the original word document. This document I have written as byte stream into a database and later on reloaded.

2.) after reloading it again and creating a new document out of the byte stream I saved the document in two ways.

-as a npp_version1.doc\ - as a npp_version2.pdf

An open point is now on every page the left upper corner the sentence:
Produktinformationsblatt
über Finanzinstrumente nach Wertpapierhandelsgesetz

In all three versions it differs from the style and position.

The correct one is “npp.doc”

Can you please check it or give a hint what to change in the original file to deal with it.

thanks for your help

regards

Siegfried

Hello
Thanks for your request. The problem with PDF occurs because you are using text frame in your document. Currently Aspose.Words does not fully support positioning of text frames upon rendering. Your request has been linked to the appropriate issue. You will be notified as soon as this feature is supported.
As a workaround, you can try avoiding using text frames in your document.
In addition, you should note that text frames are obsolete and are not used very often. You can use TextBoxes or tables instead of frames.
Best regards,

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-2219) have been fixed in this .NET update and in this Java update.
