Positioning text and images

Hi,

I’ve downloaded the evaluation copy of Aspose.Word, but cannot find any way to position text and images on a page.

I need to be able to create a textbox say 10mm from the left and 50mm from the top with a width of 100mm and a height of 300mm, and containing some HTML formatted text.

Is this possible?

Thank your for your interest in Aspose.Word.

Creating and positioning textboxes is not yet possible. I will add this onto our list of requested features.

Inserting images in a specified position will be possible in 1-2 days.

Inserting HTML fragments will be possible in about 1 week.

To workaround the inserting textbox problem, you can create (visually design) the document in MS Word, then open it in Aspose.Word and insert the rest of the content programmatically either at bookmarks or mergefields.
