We have following version of Aspose.Slides.ReportingServices.dll
File version: 4.7.1.0
Product version: 2013.02.19
We upgraded our SQL Server from 2008 to 2008 R2, now we are unable to export reports in PPT format. After clicking on Export to PPT, it is just showing a blank page, If using this dll even export to excel in reporting server is not working.
Will the above version of dll work with 2008R2. I tried to manually configure as per the steps given in the below link.
But still its not working, Please help us ASAP as we are facing this issue in a Production server
I have observed the issues shared by you and suggest you to please uninstall the existing version of Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services on your end and try installing the latest Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services 5.0.0 on your end. I am hopeful that things will be fine. If there is still an issue then please share the complete stack trace, issue details and environment details with us along with config files. I will investigate the issue further on my end to help you out.
