There are the two issues found while testing watermark issue for PPT/PPTX export after installing new Aspose.Slides dll on UAT
Cover Page Report: - White line being displayed on cover page in PPT export while its working fine in other formats.
InclusionResultsByDemo Report: - Extra row being displayed on Inclusion results be demo report in PPT format while its working fine in other formats.

I have observed the presentation file shared by you and have been able to observe the issues. I suggest you to please try using Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services 5.1.0 on your end if you are not using that. If there is still an issue then please share the RPL export of presentation along with data set in the form of SQL query for shared RDLs with us. I will investigate the issue further on my end to help you out once the requested information will be shared.
