PPTX graph not converted correctly

Hello

We use a new version of Aspose.Total for Java.



A Power Point file with graph is not converted correctly. Some parts of the grap is missing in the PDF file. Please see the example in this post. In both graphs the letter “F” is missing. Can you please have a look why it is not converted correctly?

I have observed your comments and worked with the file shared by you. I have not been able to reproduce the issue on my end. I have attached the generated pdf file for your kind reference. I request you to please try using Aspose.Slides for Java 15.7.0 on your end and then share your kind feedback with us.

If the issue persists then please share the environment details with us so that we may investigate it further to help you out.

We have retried with the newest Libraries (15.8.0) and have still some problems with incomplete Graphs.

Please take a look at the attachment. I have taken screenshots of my original PPTX graph and your converted PDF-version. The graphs are quite similar. But at a closer look you’ll notice the differences. Is this a good as a conversion can get?

I have observed your requirements and worked with the presentation file shared by you. I have been able to reproduce the issue. A ticket with ID SLIDESJAVA-35051 has been logged in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue.This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be automatically notified once the issue will be resolved.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESJAVA-35051) have been fixed in this update.
