Prevent Overlapping and Retain Original Position of Content During Word DOC to PDF Conversion using C# .NET

There is a figure displacement after conversion. The figures that belongs to a page were found on other or same page but at the bottom part. Mixed up pages means that original page 1 becomes page 8 or up after conversion. A one pager file when converted becomes 2 pages.

@Jlumb150049,

We tested the scenarios and have managed to reproduce the same problems on our end. For the sake of corrections, we have logged the following issues in our issue tracking system.

WORDSNET-20245: Contents Overlap with Footer in PDF
WORDSNET-20246: Contents Move down from their original position in PDF
WORDSNET-20254: Huge vertical space added (on 2nd page) that increases pages in PDF

We will further look into the details of these issues and will keep you updated on the status. We apologize for your inconvenience.

Is there any progress on the concerns raised? Thanks.

@Jlumb150049,

Please check below the progress of the linked issues:

WORDSNET-20245: We are currently doing analysis of this issue to determine the root cause

WORDSNET-20246: This is about incorrect wrapping of text in last Cell of first Table Row (DPS Laser Marking Image) on first page. This issue is currently pending for analysis and is in the queue.

WORDSNET-20254: This is about the huge vertical space being incorrectly added on second page that contributes to increased number of pages in PDF. We have completed the analysis of this issue but I am afraid, because of complexity, the implementation of the fix of this issue has been postponed till a later date. There are no estimates available at the moment.

Rest assured, we will inform you via this thread as soon as these issues will be resolved in future. We apologize for any inconvenience.
