Print or Convert Text Formatted with AL-Mohanad Font in Word Document to PDF using C# .NET or Java

Hello
I am facing the issue with al mohanad font
In word document it showing no square box, but when we print the document or save as pdf it showing the square boxes
We are using office2016
I tried office 2013,20110 but same issue
Can you help me please?

• Save As Word document to PDF format using MS Word and share this PDF
