Print Word docs

We want to convert Word files to PDF programmatically, with control over page setup parameters. One way (not necessarly our best choice) is to print to a virtual print driver.
Your renderer may do what we want except perhaps for the print setup, which I understand is still in beta.
Is there a way within Aspose to accomplish that?
When will your beta be released?

Hi
Thanks you for your request. You can convert Word documents to PDF. You should use Aspose.Words and Aspose.Pdf components to achieve this. Please see the following link to learn more.
https://docs.aspose.com/words/net/save-a-document/ (See “Converting to PDF” section)
Also you can print PDF using Aspose.Pdf.Kit. But unfortunately printing feature of Pdf.Kit is in beta too.
Regarding Aspose.Words.Viewer. Unfortunately I can’t provide you any reliable estimate. Current estimate was mid of 2008. But, as you can see, Aspose.Words.Viewer is still in beta. Please see FAQ for more information.
Best regards.

We are happy to tell you that the new Rendering Engine has replaced the “old Viewer Beta”. The Rendering Engine can print, save as images or draw onto .NET Graphics object any document page.

Please see Aspose.Words documentation to learn more about new features.

Saving to image

In additional, new Rendering engine allows you to convert Word document to PDF directly (without using Aspose.Pdf).
