Private-checkbox in New Post

Hi,

on the website for posting a new Message to Aspose-forum in the footer is a checkbox “Keep this post private”.
What does it mean?
Can´t read any other members of Aspose-forum my posts?

Many thanks for your enquiry and yes, you are exactly right. If you check the box, only you and Aspose staff will be able to view the post.

Hi,

one of our customer would now like to know wheter he can have an formal confirmation about the privacy when Aspose is using his documents for bugfixing.
Escpecially when we checked the “private”-checkbox.

We would prefer a universal data privacy confirmation, which we can send all of our customers.

Do you have something like this?

Thank you for your inquiry. Our privacy policy is documented in our End user agreement at section 8, this is the same agreement given to all users and put simply it means only select Aspose staff will have access to download your document and it will be treated as confidential.
