Problem and bugs after converting xls to pdf

We took into consideration your library (Aspose.Cells) for converting from xls and xlsx to pdf files. We decided to try your library on some examples. After testing we found some problems and bugs. We tried to convert files using PdfSaveOptions, but bugs didn’t disappear.

There are the following bugs:

  1. Changed backgroud colour of header table. (Summary sheet or second page of test_file_Aspose.pdf, see pic bug_1)
  2. Different diagrams. (Chart sheet or third page of test_file_Aspose.pdf, see bug_2)
  3. Different height pdf pages (See pic bug_3, TEST_PDF_Aspose.pdf).
  4. Cell text is not displayed fully (See pic bug_4, Agg_Call_and_Dist_Aspose.pdf)

Attached please find pdf files created from library (Aspose.Cells), pdf files created from excel, excel files, java code (files.zip) and pictures with bugs .
How fix this bugs? When will this bugs in library fix?

@Tesla19,
We have observed these issues and logged a ticket in our database for further investigation. We will write back here once any update is ready for sharing.

This issue is logged as:
CELLSJAVA-43350 - Issues while converting Excel files to PDF

Regarding issue 4, MS Excel has also not rendered full text so it does not seem to be an issue with Aspose.Cells.

@Tesla19,
We have investigated it bit more. We can reproduce the bug_1 and logged a issue as “CELLSJAVA-43351”.

For bug_2, your shared screenshot “bug_2.png” is not consistent with page 3 of the shared pdf files “test_file_Aspose.pdf” and “test_file_from_excel.pdf”, please share a new screenshot with issue highlighted.

For bug_3 and bug_4, our generated pdf files are same as Excel 2016 on windows 10 generated. See the attachment “bug_3 and bug_4.zip”

“Regarding issue 4, MS Excel has also not rendered full text so it does not seem to be an issue with Aspose.Cells.”
Yes, but it looks difference. When we convert to pdf with the help excel word “necessary” almost complete rendered. But when we convert to pdf with the help aspose, only “nece…” from word “necessary” rendered on the page.
May be because I used Excel 2016 for Mac Os.

@Tesla19,
Please note that CELLSJAVA-43351 fixes the reported issue “bug_1.png”.

We have logged following issues:

CELLSJAVA-43353: For the issue with "bug2_2.png"
CELLSJAVA-43354: For the issue with "bug_5.png"

For issue “bug_3.png” and “bug_4.png”, we have shared the results of Excel 2016 on Win10 (see attachment: “bug_3 and bug_4.zip”) which are same as our generated. We consider the results of Excel on Windows as the good results. So bug_3 and bug_4 are not the issues.
