Problem in inserting Shape object in Table Cell

Hi,
Please refer above screen shot for my problem. I am using ASPOSE.Word to generate table.
Now my requirement is to use shape objects inside column as shown. For now I am using textbox to show my problem I can use Image or other shape object/objects also.
Now problem in this when I use loop to print same type of row, then Shape object (Hello World Text) get Displaced from its mentioned position.
