Problem to ope VDX document

Hi Aspose team,

I am getting error when trying to open attached VDX document:
"Error in element Master in \VisioDocument. LoadMaster"

If I try to open same document over Visio 2013 it works ok.

Can you please check?

Thank you for contacting support. We can load your source Visio diagram in the Diagarm class and did not notice the error message said. It appears as you are using an old version of Aspose.Diagram APIs. Please download and use the latest version 5.6.0 of Aspose.Diagram for .NET APIs. Please also let us know how it goes on your side. In case, the error message is reproducible using the latest version 5.6.0 then please provide us your system environment details, source code and the application type. We’ll investigate it and reply you accordingly.

Sorry for confusion, I can also open this document :).

Now I have problem with new document (see attachment). Error is:
"Additional information: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'rId1' Key being added: 'rId1'"


P.S. I use version 5.6.0.

Thank you for posting problematic Visio diagram. We have tested your sample diagram against the latest build of Aspose.Diagram for .NET 5.6.0 and managed to replicate the error message said. We have logged this error message under ticket id DIAGRAMNET-50571 in our bug tracking system. Your post has also been linked to this issue. We’ll keep you informed regarding any available updates. Thank you for being patient. We have a good news for you that the issue id DIAGRAMNET-50571 has now been resolved. If there is no issue in the QA phase, then this fix will be included in the next version of Aspose.Diagram for .NET 5.7.0. We'll inform you via this forum thread as soon as the new release is published.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as DIAGRAMNET-50571) have been fixed in Aspose.Diagram for .NET 5.7.0.
