I am in the test environment, I am not able to convert files over 40mb, I would like to know if in the paid environment there is a limit for submitting and converting files?
You may please share the MPP file with us for further investigation on our end to verify if that is related to license or any other issue with working with your file. Which API you are using, .NET or Java? Please provided the details of your scenario in the form of source code, source file and test environment with us.
