Problem while inserting the HTML with Multiple-Level Table

Insert HTML in the document builder seems cannot support the multiple-level table with the “width” settings. Please reference to the followings HTML.

The inner table will collapsed after the HTML is inserted.

Yes, we have a known issue with nested tables in HTML import. This will probably be fixed in one of our next releases in 1-2 months. Sorry for inconvenience.
