I encountered the same issue when there was a 60MB picture in my document. the version I used is 24.3.

Sorry, internal documents cannot be shared externally. I encountered this error when opening the document with Java, but it opens normally with .NET.
@Rock_Zhang Unfortunately, without a real document it is impossible to analyze the issue on our side. Currently I can suggest you to try increasing Java heap space. This might allow to resolve the problem with loading documents with large images.
