Problem with accessing our Aspose support account

We have access to a “Raytheon Giblo” Aspose account, but the owner is unavailable. Since emails from Aspose get sent to her and cannot be accessed, how do we change the account owner to be someone else?


You can change the primary email using this link http://www.aspose.com/community/user/editprofile.aspx

Please select “email tab” and Private email can then be changed.

let us know if there are any problems and we will update the email.
