Problem with conversion in pdf/a, the process does not finish execution

Good morning, I have a problem converting the file in attach. When I try to convert it to pdf/a the process goes into a “loop” remains running and does not generate any errors or exceptions. The problem occurs not only in my application but also from your test page. The version I’m using is 22.12. I await your response, thank you.

Which Pdf/A version are you converting to?
Why don’t you use the latest version of the library?

The problem occurs with any version of pdf/a. My company is licensed for version 22.12 and has no plans to purchase any more. The problem also appears on the aspose test page, where, I imagine, the latest version will be installed.

When reproducing issue in Windows 10, .Net 6 project, library version 24.10, a NullReferenceException “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” is thrown.
I created a task for the development team about this.
In what OS did you encounter the error?

Reviewing, I found that when trying to open a document with an acrobat, it displays a message
and does not open the document.

That is, the problems are primarily with this document.

Yes, in fact the file is not always able to be opened but with my reader it opens without errors. The document has 2 blank pages. On the second page there is the numbering at the bottom of the page. Thanks for your attention.
