Problem with tables when converting from Word to PDF

When converting from doc to pdf, tables in documents seems to get so thick borders that they cover most of the page. See attached document.

Hello!
Thank you for your interest in Aspose products.
Issue with thick table borders happened in the older versions but now is fixed. Please try converting with the latest versions of the components. I have tried and can confirm that borders are okay.
Aspose.Words 5.1.0.0:

Aspose.Pdf 3.6.2.0:

Also I figured out some defects with images when converting this document.

  1. The image with green logo in the table becomes a bit trimmed at the bottom. I have checked the intermediate output from Aspose.Words. The image is okay. This should be readdressed to Aspose.Pdf team. I’ll ask them to take a look.
  2. The image with EU flag disappears. As a workaround I can suggest inline image placement. It’s a known issue registered in our defect database as #4611. It should be fixed in Aspose.Pdf. And they are already working on it.
  3. Image on the right from EU flag slightly overlaps the text on the right. You can move it to the right. If it’s necessary I can investigate why this happens.

I can help you further with document refactoring if you experience any difficulties. Let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
