Process Convert MS Word Documents using Aspose.Words for .NET DLL on XP3 or Windows 10 | .Net 4.0 .NET 3.5

Hi, Support:

Recently, I found the words.dll(v20.7,20.9) output messed-up doc, what’s wrong with it?
My Ends is VS 2010, VB.net, XP3 and Win10,Net4.0 and Net3.5.
Please see the messed-up docment.

I don’t what lead to it run under corrupted state. How to fix it? Or how to fix my OS settings?

Please upgrade to the latest 20.11 version of Aspose.Words for .NET and see how it goes on your end? In case the problem still remains, then please ZIP and attach the following resources here for testing:

  • Your simplified input Word document
  • Aspose.Words 20.11 generated output DOCX or DOC document showing the undesired behavior
  • A standalone simple Console application (source code without compilation errors) that helps us to reproduce your current problem on our end and attach it here for testing. Please do not include Aspose.Words DLL/JAR files in it to reduce the file size.
  • What exact MS Word version are you using to view/read Aspose.Words generated documents with?

As soon as you get these pieces of information ready, we will start further investigation into your issue and provide you more information.

MS Word 2003/2010/2016 are displaying it in messed-up codes.
I try v20.11， the dll still output messed-up codes.
