Progid is outlook.msgattach. when saving this using oleformat.save the output does not open

we saved using oleformat.save with extension as .msg since the progid is outlook.msgattach. but the output is bad. any idea if we need to do some manipulation before saving?
please advice

Is there anyway to know what extension stored on Embedded OLE with progid: Outlook.FileAttach? The link you given is not working.

Any idea?
