I’ve made additional investigation of your input file. It contains multi effects, that are not supported by Aspose.PSD at the moment, but the Team is finishing work on this feature and it will be released in Aspose.PSD 25.3 for Java in the end of month.

We have opened the following new ticket(s) in our internal issue tracking system and will deliver their fixes according to the terms mentioned in Free Support Policies.

@summerxiong support of multieffect wasn’t implemented in 25.3. It posposponed till 25.4.

I’ve additionally checked your example. Support of Multiple stroke effects is implemented, but the rendering looks incorrect. Also, I’ve added the additional task about optimization of stroke effects.

@summerxiong the both issues - performance/quality of Stroke Effect and the Rendering of MultiEffects are in the final stages of development. So, in 25.8 They should be released, but the team works not under your tickets, so I can’t guarantee that the Forum Notification system will notify you. I’ll ask team to add additional tests if it will be possible to check your examples and close your tickets.
