Im starting a project that should have an offline mode functionality.
Is it possible to use in a PWA app an aspose library for the scope of barcode, QR code and data matrix scan for this scope?

You can use Aspose products as a part of web app, but the thing is Aspose.Imaging is about image processing in terms of its transformation. It seems to me the product fitting your requirements is Aspose.BarCode.
