Hi,
The attached QR Code can not be recognized. Please help to check it.
Thanks,
Lena
Hi Lena,
Thank you for your inquiry and sharing sample.
We have investigated the issue at our end. While investigation it was found that the barcode images you had shared have very low DPI i.e. 96. It is recommended that barcode should have at least 300 DPI. Please try again with barcode image having DPI value 300. In case the issue persists, please forward us the barcode image we will look into it and update you accordingly.
Hi,
This image DPI is 96. But we can recognize the same image with another Barocde Reader Software. So please don’t use DPI as the execuse, please try to solve this problem. It is very important for our customer!
Thanks,
Lena
Hi Lena,
Thank you for writing us back.
We are unable to recognize the QR code provided by you with several online BarCode readers. It would be a great help if you can provide what software/barcode reader you had used to recognize that barcode. Furthermore we have logged this issue into our system with ID BARCODENET-36578. Our product team will further look into it and provide feedback.
Hi,
What we ever used is MIL (Matrox Imaging). Could you please hurry up to solve this problem? Thanks so much.
Lena
Hi Lena,
Thank you for update. The information has been forwarded to the product team. We will update you with the feedback as soon as it is available.
@hollytek,
Our product team is working on this issue. While investigation it was found that the barcode you had shared is not correct. It seems that the sample barcode image is not meeting the standards. Different other 3rd party barcode readers have been tried. They are failed to recognize the barcode. It is therefore requested to forward us more details about this barcode so that we may further look into the issue with this particular barcode and update you accordingly.
