For an application we are loking for a 3rd party tool which will convert a huge set of files into a single PDF file.
We found out that Aspose PDF satisfies most of our requirement , we just want to confirm few more file types like Latex , Manuscripts.

We’ve a component named Aspose.Words for .NET which offers the capability to create/manipulate the word documents. In recent versions, it also offers the functionality to convert the word document into PDF format. Earlier to this feature, Aspose.Words for .NET and Aspose.Pdf for .NET, were used to convert the word document into PDF format.
PDF
Aspose.Pdf is a component which is used to generate PDF documents from scratch and it cannot use any existing PDF documents. Whereas, we’ve a component named Aspose.Pdf.Kit which offers the capability to manipulate/edit any existing PDF documents. For more please visit Aspose.Pdf vs Aspose.Pdf.Kit

MS PowerPoint
We’ve a component named Aspose.Slides which provides the functionality to manipulate/create MS PowerPoint based presentations without using MS PowerPoint. Using this component you can also convert the presentation into PDF format without using Aspose.Pdf.
MS Word
Aspose.Words is a component which can be used to manipulate/edit/create MS Word files without using MS Word and you can all do this programmatically using its API. It also offers the capability to convert MS word files into PDF format without using Aspose.Pdf for .NET.
MS Excel
We’ve a component named Aspose.Cells which offers the capability to create/manipulate MS Excel worksheets. It also offers the feature of converting the MS Excel worksheets into PDF format without using Aspose.Pdf.
Regarding Latex, Bib & EPS file formats, we're looking into this matter to see if we can support these formats or not and we'll keep you update with the status of implementation.
