"The Signature is incorrect"

Hello,

I purchased your pdf.kit over 1 year ago. it works fine on my first program. but all at a sudden, it’s giving me “the signature is incorrect” when I submit my webform. I did the search on your website and i know it might be the license issue, so I copy my old licence file from my old laptop. but it still giving me the same error message. It’s really urgent and important for me. Can anyone help? Please email me back at jyuen@vitran.com. thanks

My "NEW" laptop is broken and there is no way I can get back the licence that's work. is it possible you can send me replacement?
