we bought an Enterprise Aspose Total License.
Recently we are experiencing some issue on Document Conversion Job.
In deep:
Starting from a PDF or PPT/PPTX source, we extract images in JPEG format.
But sometimes the conversion does not succeded.
Two days ago it worked only the PPT conversion and not the PDF one.
Today it works only the PDF converion and not the PPT/PPTX one.
How can we solve our issue?

Can you please share your complete code and input documents (PDF, PPT and PPTX) to reproduce the issue?
