I tried to convert this vsd file evac_plan.zip (3.7 MB)
to svg
If I’m using SVGSaveOptions .IsExportScaleInMatrix = false then raster images come out huge, if IsExportScaleInMatrix = true images are normal. I assume images do not get scaled down like everything else. In my code I have to use IsExportScaleInMatrix = false
