You can download the Aspose.OCR library from this link. Please note that the Jar files are available in an archive that you can extract after downloading the file on your machine. Moreover, each version of Aspose.OCR component requires specific resource files. You can download the resource files for Aspose.OCR for Java v1.5.0 from here.
