Re: Problem with Batch export mode

Hello,

i have the same problem with the Aspose Exporter in batch mode.
On the first page, some data are removed. Is there already a solution?

Best regards, A. Ohmstede

Hi there,

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, it is difficult to say what the problem is without the .jrprint file and simplified application. We need your .jrprint file and simple project to reproduce the problem. It
would be great if you please share following detail for investigation
purposes.

  • Please supply us with the .jrprint file of your jrxml.
  • Please supply us with the Aspose.Words code from your application.
  • Please share the output document which shows the undesired behavior
  • Please supply us with the expected document showing the desired behavior (You can create this document using Microsoft Word).

As soon as you get these pieces of information to us we’ll start our investigation into your issue.

Hello Tahir,

thank you for your response.

In my code I create no .jrprint file. And I do not know how to generate the .jrprint file.
I’ve attached my java code, the templates and sample outputs. I am trying to concatenate the two templates. By jasper exporter it looks good, but with aspose not.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards, Achim
