Reading Presentation with Comment in C# Fails with PptxReadException

Trying to read the following presentation with new Aspose.Slides.Presentation(Stream) fails with Aspose.Slides.PptxReadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Tested with Aspose.Slides.NET 22.5.0 on Windows.
