We have the requirement to do the annotation like below in pdf programmatically.

Exactly how can we generate the output in adobe pdf like below
1.summarize comments with connectedlines
2.summarize comments with numbers.

we are expecting the same using the appose.
We have created the Rectangle Annotation.but we need the output like above formats and
Please let us know Is it possible to create? and ask us for any clarifications on requirements.

We are unable to see above two options in the Summarize Options window with Acrobat. Please send us your source PDF and narrate all steps to accomplish the requirement. We will investigate your scenario, and share our findings with you.
