Redcacting text that crosses a line boundary

I have a Pdf document that is being redacted, the phrase to redact while only 2 words breaks over two lines. The TextFragment.Rectangle for the phrase effectively redacts the whole lines that the text appears on. Is there another option that allows just the redaction of the words of the phrase rather than the two lines that they are contained in?
