Reduce PDF file size in C#

Hello, I can manually (by clicking File -> Save as -> Reduced Size PDF) reduce a pdf size from 86M to 3.5M. I need to reduce size using Aspose.PDF (version 9.0) in C#. How can I do that?

I tried to use pdfDocument.OptimizeResources(), but it only reduced size from 86M to 84M. that is not enough. Please help.
