Regarding BARCODEJAVA-1456

We asked a question as BARCODEJAVA-1456 on the Japanese Support Forum 14 days ago.
We suspect that this is a product deficiency, have to know when the deficiency will be repaired.
But now we don’t receive the answer.
I’m writing this message to expect you will give me add information.

The detail of the deficiency is below.
Could you answer when will be repaired this?


When I output the QR code of multibyte characters,
QR code of double-byte number “0123456789” is output without error.
When reading, it is read as another half-width numeric value.

Other multibyte characters are output correctly.

We are sorry that we could not update you on the issue (logged as “BARCODEJAVA-1456”) earlier. The issue is a bit complex. We will schedule/process the ticket in this week and hopefully, we could update you on it before the end of this week or in the next week early. We have also attached the ticket with this thread as well, so you will be notified once the issue is resolved or we have other updates on it.

This is to inform you that your issue has been resolved now. The fix will be included in our upcoming release (Aspose.BarCode for Java v22.11) which is scheduled in this month. You will also be notified when the next version is released.
