Regarding Issues in Aspose.Slides for Java Raised before Our Subscription Expiry

Hi,

We are using Aspose.Total for Java with perpectual license
And our license subscription expiry End date is 28/06/2023.

So, We are currently using Aspose version 23.5 based on below forum

On 09/02/2022, We have raised some issues as mentioned in the below forum
Some of the issues has been fixed and released up to v23.5.
But some issues are not yet fixed and still we did not receive any fix . Also, few degraded issue has been reported.

  1. Kindly confirm and check whether all mentioned and degraded issues are fixed ?
  2. If Issued has been fixed, Whether we can obtain all the fixes in 23.5 version itself ?

As you can see, only the fixes for the issues SLIDESJAVA-38839 and SLIDESJAVA-38841 are unavailable in version 23.5.

  1. Is the above issue still exist?. Kindly confirm the release version.

  1. Also, Could you elaborate and confirm on which version the above mentioned issues has been fixed.

  1. All this mentioned issues were reported a year before our subscription end date.
    But, we did not receive the fixes during our subscription period, which lasted about a year.
    As we are following this issues continuously year by year,
    Is it your responsibility to provide solutions for reported issues within our subscription end period?

As per our understanding based on your reply, Only the below issue need to be solved for the document Preview_Error_Report_PPTX_File_2.7z (631.1 KB)

But after our analysis, we found that still there are many issues which are not fixed yet in the Aspose. We have attached our analysis document for your reference. Aspose Issue Analysis.7z (5.0 MB)

If you are aware of these issues, Kindly map the tickets for each issue in detail without fail.

Thank you for your analysis. Unfortunately, I cannot check the issues by screenshots. Could you kindly share the sample presentation files to reproduce the problems you found? If you want, you can also test the issues using the latest version of Aspose.Slides for Java in trial mode.

We didn’t report these problems on any new presentation.
All our issue analysis are based on the document that we already shared it 25 months ago in the below Forum

However, all the problems we reported so far is still persist in the latest version.

To ensure that the problems are addressed effectively, it would be helpful if you could confirm whether the Aspose team has checked or reproduced the issues mentioned in the Aspose Issue Analysis.7z file that we provided earlier. This will help us understand if the issues have been acknowledged and are being actively worked on.
Please let us know if you have any additional information or updates regarding the status of these issues. We are committed to resolving these problems and ensuring that the presentation document functions as expected.

  • font files installed on the OS in which the conversion was performed
  • version of PowerPoint in which you viewed the presentation on the screenshots
  • name and version of the application in which you viewed the PDF on the screenshots
