Regarding Public folder in Office 365 account

Hello Team,
I am trying to access the Public Folder in Office 365. I can access all the Public Folders easily. But I want to check that the Public folder is enabled or disabled in my Office 365 account. So please provide me any suggestions regarding my issue.

(Note : I am using IEWSClient for connection.)
