I am afraid that earlier logged issue “PDFNET-41656” has not been resolved yet, due to other pending issues in the queue which were reported/logged prior to your issue. We have recorded your concerns and escalated the priority level of the issue and we are sure that product team will soon plan to investigate this as per their schedule.
