Remove merge region

Hello,

We do a mailmerge in regions. But some regions are not merged because there is no data for them. ( <<TableStart:DataOne>> ... <<TableEnd:DataOne>> )
We want to get rid of these unmerged regions. Is it possible to delete all unmerged regions at once in a word document by means of C# code?
