Removing Custom XML from RTF is Not Removed

Hi,

I’m having an issue with RTF and Custom XML. Attached here is a sample.

The code roughly looks like:

Document.CustomXmlParts.Clear()
Document.Save(outputFilepath, SaveFormat.Rtf);

When I load the document again the custom XML parts are still there.

Thanks for your inquiry. Currently, Aspose.Words loads and saves Custom XML Parts into OOXML and DOC documents only. We have logged a feature request as WORDSNET-16352 to load Custom XML Parts into RTF and remove them. You will be notified via this forum thread once this feature is available.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-16352) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 18.3 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 18.3 update.
