I attached code, one file to reproduce the issue I mention and the 2 pdf i get on Windows and Linux.

I do not receive any kind of error in both Windows and Linux. On Windows, pdf looks great but on Linux chart (page 2) is not present in pdf.
FYI:
I have already installed libgdiplus.x86_64 and glibc-devel.x86_64 on Linux instance.
The zip I attached is light(has to be rebuilt and published)

I have worked with the presentation file shared by you and have been able to observe the issue specified. An issue with ID SLIDESNET-41423 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the issue will be fixed.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESNET-41423) have been fixed in this update.
