Repeat Header rows corruption when saving as PDF

I am currently generating a report based on a template document which has header rows to be duplicated on each page.
This works fine when outputting to Word, but when it’s saved as a PDF, the wrapped page row header doesn’t wrap correctly.
Please see attached ZIP file.
The report_output.doc (last two pages) wraps correctly.
The exact same report saved in PDF report_output.pdf (last two pages) has the wrapping problem.
The Template I’m using is also in the attached ZIP file.
I’m currenlty using the latest release of Aspose.Words (v9.4.1)

Is there an estimated time of when this problem will be resolved?
Or can you advise on a workaround suggestion, i.e. some sort of change to the template, without changing the visual output.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-3990) have been fixed in this .NET update and in this Java update.
