Required version for paid support

We are considering renewing the paid support for Aspose.Cells for .NET.
The article here states “we only offer support for the latest version of each product”.
Does the phrase “latest version” mean “latest major version” (for example, for Aspose.Cells for .NET the “latest major version” would be any 25.x version)?

All of our enhancements and bug fixes are based on the latest release version. The latest release version currently available is Aspose.Cells for .NET v25.2. You can also check the latest release version through this link.

Thanks for the quick reply, but that does not answer my question.
I want to know whether paid support is given only when the product is at the absolute latest version (25.2) or is the latest major version enough.
This is critical. If you require the absolute latest, we would need to consider updating the product every month and that is practically impossible for the project in question.

Thank you for your feedback. We will provide support for all product versions. It should be noted that all enhancements and bug fixes will be based on the latest version.

For example, you purchased v24.12 but encountered issues while using it. We will fix these issues on the latest version v25.2. After the issues are fixed, you can download the updated v25.3 to solve the issues you have discovered.

I am sorry, but I need this to be absolutely clear since it does not align with your official FAQ.
We are currently on version 24.1.
Do we need to upgrade at all in order to have paid support?
If we have a problem on the 6/1/2025, would we need to upgrade then to 25.6 in order to receive paid support?

If you do not find/reproduce any issue with your current Aspose.Cells version, you do not need to upgrade to latest version of Aspose.Cells.

Yes, you can say that. If you encounter an issue on 6/1/2025 and you report the issue in paid support desk. You will first test it with latest available version (e.g., v25.5). If you still find the issue with 25.5, then our concerned developers evaluate and fix the issue quickly in latest fix. Here, you would require to upgrade to latest fixed version (e.g., maybe 25.5.3 (hot fix) or you will use official monthly release v25.6).
