When restart numbering is applied to a numbered list in a WordML document (Word 97-2003 XML Document) and said document is converted to a .doc with Aspose the restart numbering is not retained.
The attached WordML document can be used to replicate this issue.
I tested this issue using Aspose 9.1.0.
