RevisionOptions in Docx

Hello, I try to set RevisionOptions for word documents (docx). When I try to export document with track changes to PDF my changes are applied correctly (all set formatting is fine) but when I do the same for DOCX Word uses its own formatting.
I did not see any official information that this feature does not work for word only small comments in snippets here RevisionOptions - Aspose.Words for Java - API Reference

Is this correct? When can I expect this functionality working also for Word?

@PROCUREMENT2 Revision options are not stored in MS Word document and are set per application. Aspose.Words cannot influence MS Word application, so when you open document in MS Word it will use revision option configured by user in the application.
