We are running into issues trying to update the data displayed in a ‘rich text content control’ which is a placeholder for data in a Microsoft Word document template. We successfully write the data initially to the content control accurately when we build the document for the first time. However, when we attempt to sync the document to update its contents with what has been saved in UI, we are unable to get the content controls to update their contents. We have tried using the documentation provided by Aspose for the .net library and have followed its instructions closely without success. I have even found on Aspose forums where there is a specific code snippet to update the data in a rich text content control, but following this does not yield success either.
