RotatingAngle uses column width instead of column height

Hello,

We are trying to use the RotatingAngle property of the a Text object. The rotating works fine, but the text is wrapped according to the width of the cell. Can you fix this so that the text object uses the height of the cell when rotated 90 degrees? Is there another way to accomplish this?
