RTF Inline image quality

Hi

I am evaluating your Aspose Email for Java library and have a question.

I had saved an email from Exchange 2013 that was an RTF email with an inline image. I saved the email as an .msg file.

The .msg file was created correctly - however the quality of the inline image had been reduced.

By chance is there a setting/configuration to force the inline image to be kept at a higher fidelity/resolution? If I download the email in Outlook and save to .msg, the image quality is perfect.

Thank you for posting your inquiry.

We have tested this issue at our end with a test Office 365 account and the quality of the image in downloaded MSG is the same as in the sent image i.e. the original. Please try fetching the test message from this test account (Username: UserOne@ASE1986.onmicrosoft.com", Password: “Aspose1234”) and share your feedback with us for further assistance.
