Please see the sample code in the post on how to create Stacked Bar (100%) chart for your reference.

In case, you still find any issue in creating your desired chart, please create your chart in MS Excel manually based on your desired dataset/data, save the Excel file and provide us. We will check and help you on how to create your desired chart via Aspose.Cells API.
