Save as Word doc?

I understand that the current version of Cells does not support Save As HTML. However, your Words product does this beautifully. Is there a way to either:

1) Open an Excel document with the Words product so I can then do a Save As HTML, or

2) Save an Excel document with Cells as a Word Doc, then open with Words and do a Save As HTML?

Please help!
